I had an amazing stay at this hotel casino. The room was clean and just as I expected. I upgraded to a room with a nice bathroom, which was a great decision. The pool area with the day bed was a brilliant idea, providing a peaceful retreat away from the kids. The servers on the pool level were attentive and took excellent care of me. What impressed me the most were the numerous non-gambling activities available, such as bowling, pool, and escape rooms. It was a relief not to have to leave the hotel for entertainment. Additionally, the convenience of having restaurants that delivered to my room was a major plus. The cafe and Starbucks downstairs were perfect for breakfast items. The large fridge in the room allowed me to stock up on groceries from nearby stores, which was incredibly handy. Lastly, the cleaning staff was friendly and the hotel's texting system made it quick and convenient to reach housekeeping.

The hotel and room were both clean and modern, with a nice and spacious layout. I appreciated the sanitized remote control that came in its own fresh plastic bag container. The location was convenient, being close to downtown and various bars. Additionally, the hotel had a lot of on-site facilities, including a fantastic pool area with a heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs. The staff, particularly the cleaning staff, were friendly and awesome, providing great service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pillows were super nice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all phenomenal and exceptionally helpful. The room location was good, and it was spacious. It was convenient to have it out of town to avoid parking issues in downtown. We had easy access to the steak house around 6 pm and the Chinese restaurant called RIM. this hotel provided clean rooms and facilities, making it a great place to stay.
Not one thing.
I loved the clean and beautiful room with an amazing view. The set up inside the room was fantastic, with real coffee mugs, bottled water, comfortable beds, and pillows. The bathroom was also very clean with spotless glass shower doors. I was impressed by the excessive amount of towels and the clean and refreshing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The price was also great, and I would definitely stay here again. The location away from the casino was a plus, and I was pleased to see they had a nightlife option available.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially the trainee at check-in who handled our reservation mix-up with grace and professionalism. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated between 1-15. Additionally, the parking was convenient and hassle-free.
Nothing to complain about at all.
